It’s official, Tame Impala have a brand new album on the way. We can hear the swoons, sighs of relief and fist pumps from here. Lonerism will be the groups first outing since 2010′s Innerspeaker and it will be here in October. Now catch your breath.
‘Apocalypse Dreams’ is the first taste, a gastronomic delight for the ears. It’s got that beloved Tame Impala swagger with a fresh coat of paint.
First official single off the album will be ‘Elephant’ but till then keep in the Mayan frame of mind with ‘Apocalypse Dreams’, yours free for an email. If you’ve already signed up in the past, you won’t be signed to anything else. You’ll just get the track as nature intended. Tour dates below.
